Wilma Flintstone's maiden name was Slaghoople.



This is not without controversy however as there are early references that indicate that it might have been "Pebble". However all later references clearly establish it as Slaghoople and since the world will not stop revolving because of this issue, Slaghoople has become the accepted maiden name.

No such continuity errors occur with Betty. Mrs. Rubble's original name was Betty Jean McBricker.
