My internet provider Comcast has their Top 25 Best Canceled Shows...here's what they said about Jericho:

Very interesting ! ! !

6 of those shows were on CBS.

24% of the canceled 25 shows were CBS products.

There has got to be a third season for Jericho out there some where.

Is this just indicative of how CBS treats some of it's shows? Les Moonves was part of the group that ended WotW 20 years ago. Maybe he still just doesn't like "what if" stories or Science fiction after all this time.
